These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 92pak5. By registering an account or using any part of the 92pak5 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 92pak5 platform. Access to 92pak5 services constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
1.1 Platform Operator. The 92pak5 platform, accessible at https://92pak5.org, is owned and operated by 92pak5 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). The Company operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.
1.2 Scope of Agreement. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game- specific rules published on the 92pak5 platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the player ("you", "your", "user") with respect to the use of the 92pak5 services.
1.3 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.
1.4 Acceptance. By clicking "I Agree", registering an account, making a deposit, or using any 92pak5 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. 2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any 92pak5 service. The Company strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take immediate action — including permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds — where underage use is detected or suspected.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 92pak5 platform. Registering multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. The Company reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided, including government-issued identity documents (CNIC, passport) and proof of address.
2.4 KYC Verification. As part of the Company's compliance obligations under its international gaming licence and applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations, all accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes specified by the Company may result in account restriction or closure.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. 92pak5 services are not available in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 92pak5 services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. The Company makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
2.6 Self-Exclusion Lists. Individuals who have registered with any national or international self-exclusion programme are prohibited from registering a 92pak5 account. If you are currently self-excluded from gambling services, you must not attempt to register.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pak5 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify 92pak5 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Your 92pak5 account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party.
3.4 Accurate Account Details. All account details — including name, date of birth, address, payment method information, and contact details — must accurately reflect your real identity. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.5 Currency. All transactions on the 92pak5 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise explicitly stated. The Company maintains your balance in PKR at all times and will not apply hidden forex conversion charges to PKR-denominated transactions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 92pak5 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. 4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your account in real time upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits from HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited within standard banking processing times, typically within two (2) business hours.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts and are detailed within the 92pak5 Cashier section. Limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. High-volume transactions may require additional verification documentation.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested once KYC verification has been completed to the Company's satisfaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as part of the Company's AML obligations.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests under standard conditions are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Fast-track processing is available for fully verified accounts. The Company reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests of any amount where AML obligations require it.
4.6 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. The Company will not process payments to or from third-party accounts. Any such attempt will result in immediate transaction reversal and may trigger an account review.
4.7 Player Fund Segregation. Player funds are held in segregated accounts that are legally and operationally separate from the Company's own operational funds. Your PKR balance cannot be used to meet the Company's operating costs and will be returned to you upon account closure, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or compliance holds.
All bonuses and promotional offers on 92pak5 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms below apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers on 92pak5 are available to registered, verified accounts in good standing. The Company reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including accounts that have exhibited patterns consistent with bonus abuse.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits for each offer are stated clearly at the point of the offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand wagering requirements before accepting a bonus.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:
5.4 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. A bonus is only convertible to withdrawable funds upon full satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements.
5.5 Promotion Cancellation. The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, the Company will honour any bonus already credited to the player's account under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 92pak5 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, technical failure, or interruption of service, the Company reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction. Once a bet is confirmed on your account, the odds are fixed. The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed on an incorrect or erroneous price where the error is demonstrable.
6.5 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: game or event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation, or technical malfunction. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pak5 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

The Company's determination of what constitutes prohibited conduct is final subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
8.1 Commitment. 92pak5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. This commitment is not a regulatory formality — it is a core operational principle that is reflected in the tools, processes, and support resources available to every 92pak5 player.
8.2 Age Verification. The Company employs rigorous age verification processes to prevent access by individuals under 21 years of age. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds will be returned to the payment source.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92pak5 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content.
9.3 The 92pak5 name, logo, and all associated brand assets are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these assets for any commercial or personal purpose outside of the platform is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 92pak5 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the 92pak5 platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to 92pak5 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. The Company will make reasonable efforts to minimise service interruptions and to communicate planned downtime in advance.
10.4 The Company is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet service outages, government-imposed restrictions, or third-party payment processing failures.
11.1 Company-Initiated Closure. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected AML activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirement.
11.2 Fund Return on Closure. Where an account is closed by the Company for reasons other than fraud, AML concern, or breach of Terms, any verified PKR balance held in the account will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method within ten (10) business days.
11.3 Forfeiture on Breach. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct — the Company reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. This right is exercised proportionately and subject to the Company's internal review process.
11.4 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your 92pak5 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, the Company will confirm your identity and settle any outstanding balance subject to applicable terms.
11.5 Dispute Resolution. If you believe that account action taken against your account is unjust, you may submit a formal dispute to [email protected]. The Company will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
12.1 The Company may update or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights or obligations — registered users will be notified via the email address on their account no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term) may be implemented without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
12.3 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://92pak5.org/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pak5 holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through the Company's internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any formal legal remedy. The Company's complaints procedure is set out in Section 11.5 above.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence. Where applicable law grants you rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are preserved.
